Shipping Carrier All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rate A flat rate shipping fee of $12.00 applies to all orders, regardless of size or weight.

Processing & Delivery Time Orders are processed and delivered within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment at usps.com. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.

Shipping Delays While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Farm House Products is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via Instagram so we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We want to make sure every order reaches you in perfect condition.

Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Farm House Products is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately via Instagram — we will do our best to update it before your order ships.
