Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us via Instagram at @Farmhouseproducts or email hello@farmhousenatural.com. Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility — we do not cover postage or any associated costs. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong product, contact us via Instagram at @Farmhouseproducts or email hello@farmhousenatural.com. You'll need to send the item back to us unopened. Once we receive it, we'll send the correct product out to you. Please note that if the item arrives opened, we will not be able to process a replacement.
Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of purchase by sending a photo to our Instagram at @Farmhouseproducts or email hello@farmhousenatural.com. Make sure to include the full package — product and the box it arrived in. Once we review it, we'll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
